“I thank my God in all my remembrance of you, always in every prayer of mine for you all making my prayer with joy, because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now.” Philippians 1:3-5
Long enduring relationships in the ministry and in church body life are priceless. At Berean, we are blessed to experience sweet and satisfying worship from week to week. But above this, and additionally, we are building relationships together as we are linked in this ministry together. What a joy it is to see the church a buzz with the Gospel on our lips. During recent past Sundays, during our worship, I found myself gazing around the room, with my heart warm and glad that God has brought each of us together for this season. During the service my mind drifted to Paul’s words above, prompting me with gratitude to pray more often, with joy for our partnership together as Bereans.
Brothers and Sisters, wherever you are today, my prayer is that you richly experience God’s love. As you endeavor through your day, that you will do so as an act of worship. May your activities bless those about you as you show them Christian love in action. I pray that your God given talents and energy will be greatly used for His Glory. If you are challenged today, or are suffering, may God give you endurance and ease your pain. I pray these things for all of you with great joy today.
So, be encouraged! You are beloved by the King. I so look forward to worshiping with you again this Sunday!
With Great Joy,
Pastor Mark
